Verification Process

Troubleshooting
First, check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, please contact us with your submission reference ID (if you have it) and we'll resend the results.
Make sure you're entering the correct format (usually 16-20 digits, letters and numbers). Remove any spaces or special characters. If the issue persists, double-check that you selected the correct card brand. Some cards require a PIN – ensure you've included it.
After submitting the form, you'll see a success message with a reference ID. You'll also receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see either, please contact support.
Yes, we can verify the balance on partially used cards. For expired cards, some issuers may deactivate them – we'll still attempt to check if any remaining balance exists, but results cannot be guaranteed.
