Verification Process

How do I verify my gift card balance?

Simply go to our Verify Card page, select your card type, enter the card number (and PIN if required), provide your email address, and submit. You'll receive the balance via email within 24 hours.

How long does verification take?

Most verifications are completed within 12-24 hours. In some cases, it may take up to 48 hours depending on the card issuer and volume of requests.

Can I verify multiple cards at once?

Yes, you can verify up to 8 cards in a single submission. Simply select the quantity and enter each card's code.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required. Just provide your email address to receive the verification results.

Make sure you're entering the correct format (usually 16-20 digits, letters and numbers). Remove any spaces or special characters. If the issue persists, double-check that you selected the correct card brand. Some cards require a PIN – ensure you've included it.

How do I know my submission was successful?

After submitting the form, you'll see a success message with a reference ID. You'll also receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don't see either, please contact support.

Can I verify a used or expired gift card?

Yes, we can verify the balance on partially used cards. For expired cards, some issuers may deactivate them – we'll still attempt to check if any remaining balance exists, but results cannot be guaranteed.
